We offer several Mechanic training & development programs that provide our mechanics with the most current skills to work on our top-of-the-line equipment. We aim to create a culture of continuous learning, where we focus on hands-on education at every stage of our mechanic’s career.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Diversity, equity and inclusion serve as a pillar to support our organization’s innovative culture. Attracting and retaining a diverse workforce allows us to leverage the effects of diversity to achieve a competitive business advantage, while working towards a more inclusive workplace. When diverse voices are represented and heard, new ideas emerge that foster creative solutions and problem solving. We offer opportunities for our mechanics to join several Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to learn, grow, share, and connect with one another.
Swift Charities
Swift Charities is the charitable division of Swift Transportation, which supports employees, their families, and the communities in which they reside during times of need. Through voluntary payroll donations from employees and Owner/Operators, and with a corresponding contribution from Swift Transportation, Employee Assistance Grants, Scholarships for children, and Community Grants for local charitable organizations are provided.
